Mr. and Mrs. Dr. Daniel, professors at Sydney University in Australia’s technological department, have visited to our school on 31-05-23.

Standard club for students in association with Bureau of Indian Standards was inaugurated in our school on 29th December 2023. These clubs aim to educate young members of society about the significance of standards in enhancing the quality of life. During this session, we conducted an essay competition under the theme of “Standards” and cash awards have been offered to the winners.

A Career counseling session was arranged for the students of classes XI and XII by Our school management. Mr.Arun, Academic Coordinator from Padmarajam Institute of Management, Madurai, highlighted the specific inputs to meet their future Career choices mapped and aligned to their passion / interest which would help the students to fulfill their career goals. The seminar concluded with an interactive session of the students with the speaker.

We all know that English is the international language of communication and being the most commonly used language in every field of the world it plays most pivotal role in shaping our personalities. English is most important in the Academic life as well as in employment area. When we talk about the communicative English, it is the most valuable and crucial skill helping everyone specially the students to strengthen their personalities.
In our Sairam Vidyalaya -Madurai two trainers were appointed as communicative English trainer to enrich the spoken & communicative skills of the students.

The G20, with India currently serving as the President, stands as a beacon of hope and collaboration among the world’s leading economies. Main aim of G20 competition is to provide a platform for our students to engage, learn and contribute to the vision of G20. Mahavir Senior Model School and Little Flowers Group of School organized an online Inter-School Competition based on the theme of G20. The competition comprises of a series of events designed to foster an understanding of the G20 ‘s objectives and its impact on global growth and development. From various schools students showcased their knowledge, creativity and critical thinking skills through a variety of competitions. Our Sairam Vidyalaya Brainers won prizes in various competitions.

Nothing is more creative than Science. Taking this pragmatic aspect of Science into consideration Our Sairam Vidyalaya management Organized a One Day Science Workshop for our young and enthusiastic learners.Students from class VI to IX attended the workshop and realised the dynamic and interesting way of learning science. Mr. Abdul Razzaq and Innovator explained the Construction and its functions and easy method of cleaning the water tank. This experimental workshop enabled the young minds to transcend books and Videos and stop into the real world by relating all they study or observe to their daily life.

SDGs Workshop is a regular periodic program with the motive to bring students and teachers in common platform who eager to learn more detail in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), need of SDGs, and act on SDGs. The first SDG Program of this academic year was started with an icebreaking introduction with teachers for each SDGs goal by Mr. Anit Gupta, SDG Educator of India on July 21,2023. Teachers learned Sustainable Development Goals in depth. They came to know how to empower students to know their responsibilities, leadership building, planning , implementation and approaching the local budget to achieve SDGs.

In Schools, motivational interaction is more of an intervening strategy that is destined to help students over conversation. Mr. Ramachandran, a Motivational Speaker and an expert psychologist conducted one day Motivational Seminar for Our students of class 9 and 10. The seminar was held on 26th October 2023 in our school premises. It comprised of talks about goal of life, self discipline, perseverance and leadership. He engaged the students and gave a series of conversational steps to improve students’ attention span and focus on what matters and set the ground for future success. Students felt that the seminar was successful in increased their confidence to achieve their dreams

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin inaugurated the state-of-the-art Kalaignar Centenary Library in Madurai. More than a thousand people thronged the Kalaignar Centenary Library in Madurai. Our school students also participated in the inauguration to know the best uses of Kalaignar Centenary Library.

One of the way we can add a dash of fun and knowledge to our Independence Day workplace celebrations is by hosting an Indian Independence day Quiz. It not only livens up the atmosphere but also encourages us to delve into the rich history of our great nation. On the occasion of Independence Day, Patriotic Quiz was held on 12th August 2023. From III to IX many students participated in the contest and the prizes were distributed to the Victorious Patriots
