Empowering Educators through the Leader in Me (LIM) Programme

Our school successfully organized a Leader in Me (LIM) Programme for the teaching faculty on 12.07.2026 with the objective of strengthening leadership qualities and fostering a positive learning environment. The session was conducted by Mr. Anand Babu, who was invited as the Guest Lecturer.
Mr. Anand Babu delivered an inspiring and interactive session, emphasizing the importance of developing leadership habits, effective communication, teamwork, and personal responsibility among educators. He encouraged teachers to become role models by practicing proactive thinking, setting meaningful goals, prioritizing important tasks, and nurturing positive relationships with students and colleagues. The programme provided valuable insights into integrating leadership principles into everyday teaching practices, thereby promoting student growth and character development.
